Quality Manager

At MEDISTA, quality is king. Considering our mission-critical pharmaceutical and healthcare customers, it has to be. We are looking for a Quality Manager to join our Quality Assurance Team with process and reporting requirements in line with company policy. You will share the responsible for procedures with our activities, review reporting and validation programs, co-steer the quality team and train/coach the operational people within our warehouses and among our drivers.
Your abilities to quickly grasp new concepts and help improve for the better are matched by your eagerness to expand on your industry-specific knowledge and skills.

Your Role

  • You are the daily go-to person for the internal and external stakeholders in quality-related activities.
  • You manage our quality team for people-related topics and review their work.
  • You will distribute and help a variety of ad hoc task.
  • You will release products according to approved specifications and procedures.
  • You will monitor contractor compliance via GxP documentation and onsite audits.
  • You will distribute applicable documentation to contractors for regulatory, validation and expert review topics.
  • You will work with cross-functional internal and external project teams to ensure compliance.
  • You will respond to technical and quality issues and address scheduling and/or process conflicts.
  • You are an integral part of our audit team, both towards suppliers and clients.
  • You set priorities for the team based on the urgency and available resources in light of current corporate priorities.
  • Your aim is to upskill the QA-team as well as the people around you hands-on

Your Background

  • English working proficiency is an asset. Dutch or French, both is an asset.
  • You preferably have a first experience in this field.
  • You have a master’s degree in industrial pharmacy.
  • Flexible schedules are a plus for you and do not scare you.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
